Now that everything's back to normal, I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the beautiful job your company did, restoring building #4 after our devastating fire. All twenty-four owners are ecstatic over the quality and superb craftsmanship. The quality obviously far exceeds what they had before the fire. None of us ever dreamed that the units and the building would be put back in such good condition. I also want to thank you and your exceptional employees for helping our residents evacuate their belongings, securing the property and helping us coordinate everything at such a traumatic time. It's obvious that your company's experience in handling disasters such as this is a definite benefit to property owners and management. We could never have been as effective in dealing with the insurance people, or for that matter, even knowing where to start! You and your staff made this disaster a lot easier on all of us and we appreciate all of the extra effort and help you gave by dealing with the City Building Department, the multiple mortgage companies, and the architects and engineers. I am writing this letter to commend you, your foreman Robert Willars, and your crew for the excellent manner in which the roof of my hone at 32 Courtside Circle, San Antonio, was replaced. Your prompt response, workmanship, thoroughness, and cleanup exceeded my expectations. As you know, there was quite a bit of hidden wood, water damage that had to be repaired. This was also completed expertly and promptly. I appreciate the way this project was completed and believe I received excellent value for the money invested.

To all the good folks at Vintage Reconstruction Company, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the marvelous job you provided. When the tree came crashing through our roof, the insurance adjuster wanted to take his time and had an “It’s no big deal” attitude, leaving me frustrated and upset. I remembered that the Grivel family owned a reconstruction company and were experts in the area of Homeowner Insurance Claims. I didn’t hesitate to call. Shortly after speaking with Leon, III, he was at my house and up on my roof. Leon recommended Emergency Services and that very day the tree was removed and the roof was patched up. The day after, Leon met with the insurance adjuster and fought to get the maximum amount of money for the maximum repair. I might add, he was very successful. In one day, we had a new roof and garage. In the end, we were way ahead. We are very happy with the work and happy we called Vintage Reconstruction Company.

I have enclosed the check from the insurance company, endorsed over to Vintage. I am certain, based on past experience with insurance adjusters from this carrier, that my roof would still not be replaced had it not been for your assistance and counsel in dealing with them. Your expert guidance with proper handling of claims procedure, the estimate ready and waiting, the photographs you took of the damage all were essential elements in filing the successful claim. Further, the prompt and professional execution of the job, including clean-up after completion, the addition of the roof vents to prevent blistering, and the all important extra service after completion with Ben stopping by to re-plug the garage door opener because I couldn’t find the problem . Thank you, and thanks to Al Fest, and Ben Rodriguez. It is easy to see why your business is successful. I will certainly recommend Vintage Reconstruction to anyone who will listen!
