Now that everything's back to normal, I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the beautiful job your company did, restoring building #4 after our devastating fire.
All twenty-four owners are ecstatic over the quality and superb craftsmanship. The quality obviously far exceeds what they had before the fire. None of us ever dreamed that the units and the building would be put back in such good condition.
I also want to thank you and your exceptional employees for helping our residents evacuate their belongings, securing the property and helping us coordinate everything at such a traumatic time.
It's obvious that your company's experience in handling disasters such as this is a definite benefit to property owners and management. We could never have been as effective in dealing with the insurance people, or for that matter, even knowing where to start!
You and your staff made this disaster a lot easier on all of us and we appreciate all of the extra effort and help you gave by dealing with the City Building Department, the multiple mortgage companies, and the architects and engineers.
