   I have enclosed the check from the insurance company, endorsed over to Vintage.  I am certain, based on past experience with insurance adjusters from this carrier, that my roof would still not be replaced had it not been for your assistance and counsel in dealing with them.  Your expert guidance with proper handling of claims procedure, the estimate ready and waiting, the photographs you took of the damage all were essential elements in filing the successful claim.

  Further, the prompt and professional execution of the job, including clean-up after completion,  the addition of the roof vents to prevent blistering, and the all important extra service after completion with Ben stopping by to re-plug the garage door opener because I couldn’t find the problem .  Thank you, and thanks to Al Fest, and Ben Rodriguez.
