Leon Grivel, Jr. has asked me to give you my opinion of their work on our home that was built a few years ago by Vintage Reconstruction. His request was that I be truthful and honest about the workmanship, quality, and customer service in regards to that time of construction and since.

As of this date, we have had no problems with out home in regards to the workmanship, warranty, or integrity of the structure. Usually you will find faulty construction right away if the house was not constructed with care and consideration. In building a $500,000 home, I took great precaution in whom I chose. The issues of Leon’s reputation as a quality builder and man of integrity were satisfied by my due diligence. He has lived up to those issues even through today.

I would recommend Leon and Vintage Reconstruction, Inc. to anyone who is interested in getting the work done correctly and with integrity.
